Shopping Cart Checkout & Order Confirmation
Online orders placed on the Navajo Pride website is the customer’s responsibility. Once a successful order is made, online customers will receive an order confirmation through an active email.

The Sales Coordinator will gladly assist you and provide you information. It is the online customer responsibility to report an order problem such as no confirmation received within a 24-hour time period. An order problem could result in being processed more than once. If this should occur, Navajo Pride cannot guarantee additional orders will be stopped and cannot guarantee a refund.
Reporting Errors or Orders Not Received
It is the online customer responsibility to report any errors such as incorrect product, incorrect color, incorrect quantity, incorrect shipping address, etc. immediately. If the error is made by Navajo Pride, the error will need to be reported to the Sales Coordinator at 505-599-0511 within 15 days of receipt of the order, so we are able to correct the order.
If your order is damaged, we will replace the EXACT order placed and promptly ship to the shipping address on file, only if we are notified within the 15 days of receipt of the order. You will not have the option to alter your order.
If your order is not received within 10 days after the projected received date, please contact us to resolve the issue. If we are not notified within the 10 days for order that was never received, NAPI is not responsible to reship, or issue credit for the order. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Requesting A Change To Your Order
Once an order is placed through the Navajo Pride website, please contact the Sales Coordinator via phone or email to make any contact or mailing changes or to cancel an order. Order are mailed every Monday and Thursday. Once orders are mailed out, product needs to return to Navajo Pride before another order is process to be shipped out to the new address. Shipping fees will apply to all orders.
Refunds will not be processed until the products are returned and inspected within 15 days the order was expected to be delivered. Products will need to be in their original packaging. NAPI will provide the shipping label for returns and will be inspected thoroughly. Once a refund is approved, a check will be mailed to the mailing address on file and Navajo Pride checks are processed every Friday.
Orders are shipped USPS flat-rate priority mail which are delivered approximately 5 to 15 business days, once the label is created. Orders will be mailed every Monday and Thursday. Shipping cost will include shipping and handling fees. All orders will receive a tracking number. No rush orders will be processed.
It is the responsibility for the online customer to ensure the correct mailing address was entered. There will be no correction to the mailing address once the shipping label is made.
Navajo Pride does not sell, trade, or share customer information with any other companies. Customer information received is strictly for processing and fulfilling orders placed with Navajo Pride.
