Navajo Agricultural Products Industry (NAPI) and Navajo Pride LLC are seeking formal proposals from highly qualified vendors for NAPI’s Printers/MFDs and associated supplies and services as a Managed Print Service. Request for Proposal documents are available beginning, Monday, September 6, 2021 during normal business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MDT),

Interested parties shall submit sealed paper copies of one (1) original and six (6) copies of their proposal to NAPI’s Main Office located in Farmington, NM on or before 4:00 PM (MDT) on Friday, October 8, 2021. Proposals received after the time and date will not be considered. Post marked, faxed, or e-mailed material will not be considered or accepted.

The selection of the Company shall be made in accordance with the Navajo Business Opportunity Act, Title 5, Chapter 2, Section 205 and the selected company shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the Navajo Nation Business Opportunity Act, N.N.C., Title 5, Chapter 2, Section 201 et, seq., where applicable. NAPI complies with Navajo Preference in Employment Act.

NAPI reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in this Advertisement and/or to reject any or all bids; to be sole judge of the suitability of the work offered and to award the bid for the Managed Print Services so that it aligns with the best interest of NAPI. Responsibility for the timely submittal and routing of bids, prior to opening, lies solely on the bidder.

Request for Proposal #22-002

Navajo Agricultural Products Industry (NAPI) is requesting proposals from experienced custom raking, baling, and stacking contractors to provide services to the NAPI Alfalfa department.  Responses must be in accordance with the guidelines as specified in the Request for Proposal “RFP”.  The RFP can be picked up or emailed beginning, Thursday September 9, 2021, during normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MDT) at NAPI Main Office. HWY10086 N.M. HWY 371 in Farmington, New Mexico.
