Custom Grazing Survey – Deadline 3/13/22

For decades, Navajo Agricultural Products Industry (“NAPI”) has provided Navajo ranchers with grazing access during the winter months on irrigated fields that grow winter wheat, alfalfa, cornstalks, and other crop residue forage.

Under the direction of the NAPI Board of Directors, a survey was created to determine the status of selected irrigated fields with consideration of the ongoing drought across the Navajo Nation. This survey will help determine if selected irrigated fields should be reassigned to permanent pasture for additional custom grazing from April through October.

Thank you for all your submissions! The deadline to submit was Sunday, March 13, 2022.
